I have reported the bug to Activision, tried tweeting at them to get a response at their Activision support Twitter, and contacted their support ambassadors. ![]() However, I have been able to load my account and play on it on a friend's Xbox. I have made sure other games load up and they all do fine, which means it is a problem with the game but not my Xbox. (I haven't been able to play season 3 at all and do not know her name.) Since then I have tried everything to fix this, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing alternate MAC settings, deleted save files, power cycled my Xbox, and even factory reset it. However, after this when I went to start the game it just sat on the front screen where it says Season 3 and has the picture of the blue lady holding the gun. I guess this was my fatal mistake.Īfter this I was able to reinstall the game directly from the Xbox store page, it downloaded normally, and when it finished it just had a small 26 MB update. Eventually, I decided to cancel the update to restart the download but for some reason, it uninstalled the whole game from my Xbox, and no longer appeared in my games library. The update was about 770 MB and downloaded pretty quickly, but then it just said finalizing and sat there for 20 minutes, never completing the update. It started when I was trying to download an update for Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War for my Xbox One. Anyway, I have had this problem for a bit over a week now. First off, if this in the wrong tag I really do apologize but I need help and Activision Support is really not helpful.
